These Shipping Terms & Conditions govern the delivery of products ordered through zuarifoods.com. By placing an order with Zuari Foods, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
1: Serviceable Areas
We currently ship to select pin codes across India. At checkout, you can verify whether your delivery address falls within our serviceable area by entering your pin code. Zuari Foods reserves the right to add or remove serviceable locations at any time without prior notice.
2: Non-Serviceable Areas
If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of ordering, you will be notified before checkout. We are continuously expanding our delivery network and encourage you to check back periodically.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, logistics disruptions, high-demand periods, or incorrect address details. Zuari Foods does not guarantee delivery on specific dates unless expressly committed at checkout.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times at the address provided. In the event of a failed delivery:
• You will be notified via SMS or email after the first failed attempt
• A second delivery attempt will be made within 1 business day
• If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our facility
• Re-delivery can be arranged upon request; additional shipping charges may apply
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide accurate delivery instructions (e.g., leave with neighbour, security desk, etc.) while placing your order.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
1: Accuracy of Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering, including flat/house number, street, locality, city, state, and pin code. Zuari Foods shall not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery arising from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
2: Address Changes
Address changes can be made only before the order has been dispatched. To request a change, contact our support team immediately at support@zuarifoods.com with your Order ID and the updated address. Once an order is out for delivery, address modifications are not possible.
3: Delivery to Alternate Persons
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner may hand over the order to another person at the same address (e.g., family member, colleague). Zuari Foods considers delivery complete once the package is handed over at the given address.
If you receive a package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 24 hours.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. You can also track your order by:
• Logging into your account on zuarifoods.com and navigating to Track My Orders section in footer and by putting shipment tracking id.
• Using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation message
• In case of any support, contacting our customer support team with your Order ID
Tracking information may take up to 6 hours to update after dispatch. If the tracking link is not active after 24 hours of your dispatch notification, please contact our support team.
BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS
For bulk orders (above Rs. 20,000) or corporate / institutional purchases, shipping terms may differ. Please contact us at customercare@zuarifoods.com to discuss:
• Custom delivery schedules and frequency
• Volume-based shipping discounts
• Dedicated account management and priority dispatch
• Custom packaging and branding options
DELAYS, DISRUPTIONS & FORCE MAJEURE
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Zuari Foods shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by:
• Natural calamities, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather conditions
• Strikes, bandhs, curfews, or civil disturbances
• Government restrictions, lockdowns, or regulatory actions
• Disruptions in logistics partner operations
• Technical failures or system outages beyond our control
In the event of a significant delay caused by the above, we will communicate proactively and offer an appropriate resolution including estimated revised delivery timelines, store credit, or a refund where applicable.
PARTIAL DELIVERIES
In cases where your order contains multiple items and certain products are temporarily out of stock or unavailable at dispatch, we may send a partial shipment. You will be informed about the partial delivery via email or SMS. The remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they are available, at no additional shipping cost.
Alternatively, you may choose to cancel the unfulfilled portion of your order for a full refund of those items.
GSTIN & INVOICING
A GST-compliant tax invoice will be included in your shipment or sent to your registered email address. If you require an invoice with your company's GSTIN for business purchases, please enter your GSTIN at the time of checkout or contact us at support@zuarifoods.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
AMENDMENTS TO SHIPPING TERMS
Zuari Foods reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Shipping Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
